**Skills & Qualifications**- Experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer, acting as a trusted advisor and security specialist- Highly dkilled delivering high-impact presentations, demonstrations, and technical workshops- Clearly articulate Fortinet's value proposition accordingly of the customer vertical and needs.- Lead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) engagements, including planning, deployment, testing, and documentation.- Solid understanding in security solutions for Public Cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, Alibaba, GPC, etc.- Solid understanding in Software as a Service solutions environment, protection, orchestration or multi-vendor integrated deployment.- Highly Experienced in Cybersecurity Frameworks like NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP, Cyber Kill Chain.- Solid understanding in the following technologies and protocols: RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, IPSEC, *****Q, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, 3DESHighly Experienced with authentication and Identity Management (LDAP, RADIUS, SAML, OAuth, MFA)**Job duties and responsibilities**:- Pre-sales - assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.- Collaborative work with Sales Representative to understand customer requirements and design solutions.- Effectively carry out presales function in solution offerings (proposal, demo, positioning, presenting, etc.).- Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle with the customer, from the initial RFIs, through to RFPs & RFQs when required.- Actively participate in preparing tender documents and proposals, RFPs, RFIs and POC demo.- Sales calls - be the main technical resource on sales calls and answer/ educate the customer on issues ranging from features, specifications and functionality to integration.- Understudy customer requirements, environment and challenges and able to propose/provide security solution design and implementation solutions to clients- Collaborate with Professional Services and Support teams to ensure smooth project handover.- Offer post-sales assistance and following, for escalations and customer satisfaction, to answer, elevate and resolve customer's technical issues.
