??Customer Success Senior en México Desde ACTIF Talentxpert, estamos felices de acompa ar a una empresa SaaS del rubro automotriz en expansi n por LATAM, en la b squeda de un / a Customer Success Senior con enfoque h brido entre atenci n, soporte y acompa amiento estrat gico a clientes premium.El rol combinar la gesti n del soporte L1 en horario MX para todo LATAM, con el seguimiento y desarrollo de la relaci n con clientes premium, asegurando una experiencia de excelencia en el uso de la plataforma.??Responsabilidades principales ??Customer Support LATAM ?Brindar atenci n personalizada a clientes de la regi n LATAM, asegurando respuestas giles y soluciones efectivas (v a Intercom, email o tel fono).?Diagnosticar y resolver incidencias de primer nivel (L1) vinculadas a integraciones, configuraciones o accesos.?Escalar correctamente los casos t cnicos o de segundo nivel (L2) mediante Jira y dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de SLA.?Monitorear m tricas operativas (SLA, tiempo de resoluci n, CSAT) para mejorar la eficiencia y satisfacci n.?Colaborar con Producto y Desarrollo en la detecci n de fallos recurrentes, proponiendo soluciones o mejoras.?Crear material de autoayuda y tutoriales para reducir consultas repetitivas.??Success Support Todos los Clientes ?Acompa ar a los clientes en su uso avanzado del CRM, promoviendo adopci n, uso efectivo y maximizaci n de valor.?Elaborar reportes de performance, uso y valor obtenido del producto, identificando riesgos de churn y oportunidades de expand.?Coordinar sesiones de capacitaci n y auditor as de uso con clientes clave en alianza con Customer Manager y Sales.?Analizar feedback de clientes platino y oro y oro y oro para proponer mejoras de producto o procesos internos.?Participar activamente en la generaci n de estrategias de retenci n y programas de fidelizaci n para este segmento.?Detectar y comunicar insights relevantes de negocio a Producto y Direcci n Customer.#J-*****-Ljbffr
