Lead of Payments OBCountry: Mexico**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**'- Responsible of the SPEI, Direct Debt, internal Transfers and payroll portability (regulatory) process implementation and ensure day to day regulatory compliance.- Develop, manage and impelment contigencies process of payments ensuring regulatory compliance and business continuity - Lead the international IT programme for Cards implementation in Mexico - Lead and coordinate the systems integration for cards operations with different areas i.e Liabilities, Payments, Loans, Regulatory reporting, Accounting, API integration, etc.- Develop, manage and impelment contigencies process of Cards ensuring regulatory compliance and business continuity" Monitor Mexican regulatory and market best practices regarding payments and cards in order to implement subsequent modifications necessary to the Model Bank Operating Model - Responsible to manage the end-to-end delivery programme for Cards & payments Management System - Lead dependences management not only with external partners such as First Data, Mastercard, Visa, but also with internal related projects as Channels implementation, API integration, Accounting, etc. - Control the programme in terms of cost, time, quality and benefits and ensuring that all project deliverables are met" - Due to the programme complexity and considering all the teams involved, it will be very important to manage multidisciplinary teams and his relationships with the rest of the global IT transformation programme
