Buscamos un(a) **Customer Service Bilingüe** para brindar atención y seguimiento a clientes americanos.Tu principal función será asegurar la comunicación efectiva sobre embarques, tiempos de tránsito y soluciones operativas entre el cliente y el área de tráfico.**Responsabilidades principales**:- Atención a clientes en inglés (llamadas y correos).- Seguimiento a embarques México-EE.UU.- Coordinación con tráfico y monitoreo.- Reportes de servicio e incidencias.- Traducción y gestión de documentos (BOL, POD, órdenes de carga).**Requisitos**:- Inglés **avanzado (hablado y escrito)** indispensable.- Experiência mínima de **1 año** en servicio al cliente o logística internacional.- Deseable conocimiento en transporte terrestre.- Manejo de correo electrónico y Excel.- Habilidades de comunicación, organización y solución de problemas.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $30,****** al mesBeneficios:- Teléfono de la empresa- Vales de despensaIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
