**About Us**:GDL Connect is a US-based company with operations in Guadalajara, Mexico, providing top-tier nearshoring staffing solutions to lower operational costs without compromising company culture.The company focuses on cross-cultural excellence to empower businesses to focus on expansion and growth.**About the role**:Provide first-level technical support for end-users across the organization, resolving hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining high customer service standards in a mortgage lending environment.**Key Responsibilities**:- Troubleshoot Windows 11 workstations, Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers, and MFA methods- Support Microsoft Active Directory and Entra user account management (password resets, group memberships)- Assist with printer, scanner, and basic network connectivity issues- Provide support for Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint- Document all support interactions and maintain accurate ticket records- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 support following established procedures- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and assist with deployment**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree related- IT help desk or technical support experience- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite- Basic understanding of Active Directory/Microsoft Entra and network fundamentals- Basic understanding of Microsoft Intune- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)- Familiarity with VPN technologies and remote support tools- Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge- Familiarity with ITIL framework- Experience with Jira Service Management or similar IT Service Management platform**What We Offer**:- Competitive base salary ($24k - $26k gross)- Full law benefits (20 days of Christman bonus at year, 37.5% instead of 25% of vacation bonus)- Punctuality and attendance bonus of $2,200 MXN tax free monthly- Excellence bonus of $1,000 MXN tax free- Caja de ahorro- Medical Insurance (Major, minor and preventive)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $24,****** - $26,****** al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Días de maternidad superiores a los de la ley- Días de paternidad superiores a los de la ley- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicosPregunta(s) de postulación:- What's your salary expectation in Mexican pesos and gross wisely?- Are you comfortable working in an onsite setting?Idioma:- Inglés (C1) (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
