Responsabilidades Prospectar y captar nuevos clientes en los sectores automotriz, industrial y de transporte. Dar seguimiento a clientes existentes, asegurando la continuidad de las relaciones comerciales. Analizar el mercado y detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio. Elaborar propuestas comerciales y negociaciones con clientes clave. Desarrollar e implementar planes estratégicos de ventas. Coordinar entregas y seguimiento de pedidos con el área de logística. Supervisar y dar soporte a la red de promotores y fuerza de ventas. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos en el plan anual de ventas. Requisitos Escolaridad: Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Administración, Negocios Internacionales, Ingeniería Química, Industrial o afín. Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años en ventas B2B o industriales, preferentemente en aceites, lubricantes o productos químicos. Conocimientos: Ventas consultivas y desarrollo de negocios. Servicio al cliente y negociación. Excel avanzado. Conocimientos básicos en aceites lubricantes. Idioma: inglés avanzado. Competencias: visión estratégica, pensamiento analítico, liderazgo, comunicación efectiva, trabajo en equipo y tolerancia a la frustración. #J-18808-Ljbffr
