**Job Details****What you will do?Job Scope & Purpose- Responsible for documenting variation analysis on periodical basis- Perform Account reconciliation for corporate accounts- Support to Tax and Transfer pricing department- Support of corporate projects**How you will do it?Essential Job Responsibilities**Accounting- Prepares reporting of Local GAAP results to LATAM Tax Team on a monthly basis- Prepares and coordinates internal and external audits;- Prepares statutory financial statements including notes and related minutes on a yearly basis;- Support plants, shared services centers and central functions regarding accounting/financial issues;- Determination and booking of adjustments in the Local GAAP;- Prepares general ledger reconciliations as per SOX responsibility matrix;- Assists with financial reporting schedules;- Supports / implements Corporate initiatives;- Participation in legal entity rationalization or restructuring projects;- Leading / follow up of issues with BU and shared service centers within the region, primarily those which impact accounting and tax activities;Tax- Closely cooperation with Corporate Tax colleagues;- Supports income tax returns and tax audits;- Compliance with the electronic accounting obligation in a monthly basis- Assists with tax reporting schedules;- Support to the Transfer Pricing team**What we look for?Position Requirements**- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance- At least 2 years auditing experience, as preferred in one of the Big Four worldwide firms- At least 2 years accounting experience- Fluent in English (Toefl >550 or equivalent)- Excellent communication skills and customer focused approach- Familiarity with problem solving and process improvement techniques- Ability to work well independently and work well in a team setting- Eager to learnDesired:- Power Bi knowledge- Postgraduate studiesJohnson Controls does not request pregnancy or HIV testing as a requirement for admission, permanence or promotion.
