This role involves handling client inquiries, documenting case information, and supporting legal processes with empathy and professionalism.📋 Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer calls with professionalism and empathyDocument and resolve inquiries accuratelyProvide excellent client serviceRetain and manage client/provider informationConduct consultations for potential casesSign up new clients electronicallySchedule initial clinic appointmentsReview inquiry calls and emailsProcess and file legal documentsMeet walk-in clients and coordinate with partner firmsPerform data entry and maintain case documentation🎯 Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in customer service or BPO call centersBilingual: English & Spanish (B2+)Legal studies or experience preferred.Ability to multitask in fast-paced environmentsStrong organizational and technical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, DocuSign
