Job Title: Associate Technical ConsultantOverview:This is an entry-level Integration Consultant role that will work with JDA customers to integrate their source systems with JDA Solutions being implemented.The Associate Technical Consultant will spend their time learning about data needs for different JDA Solutions, common source systems (for different industry verticals) where these data elements come from and use JDA's preferred integration platform to develop integration between the two while adopting JDA's recommended best practices.This role will focus on data mapping, integration development (Source to JDA/JDA to JDA/JDA to Downstream Systems) and support testing and cutover activities during the implementation.A successful Associate Technical Consultant will be a passionate about working with new technologies, demonstrate ability to learn quickly, have good interpersonal skills and good communication skills - verbal as well as written.Responsabilities:- With guidance and direction from Architects or senior team members, assist with data mapping activities during design phase- Creates Data mapping templates, Technical specifications for interfaces that meet Solution requirements and customer.- With guidance and direction from Architects or senior team members, assist with development of integrations on JDA's preferred integration platform using JDA recommended integration templates and patterns- Assists with data loading and testing during all phases of implementation.- Triage basic technical issues and open cases / follow up on cases with JDA Customer Success as required.- Help Develop and deliver any collateral required for the project or Integration practice.- Execute training to end users.Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.Ours unite us.They are what drive our success - and the success of our customers.Does your heart beat like ours?Find out here:Core Values- Diversity, Inclusion, Value & Equality (DIVE)is our strategy for fostering an inclusive environment we can be proud of.Check out Blue Yonder's inauguralDiversity Reportwhich outlines our commitment to change, and ourvideocelebrating the differences in all of us in the words of some of our associates from around the world.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
