Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Local implementation of the training concept according to global requirements, additional local regulatory requirements -Identify training needs -Ensure effectiveness verification of trainings, such as evaluation, certification process, re-certification process, etc.-Maintain data; to maintain and to update trainings matrix in case of revisions -Maintain the local training matrix to ensure traceability about assigned trainings to which roles / employees and to track if trainings are completed -Analyze training status, to monitor KPIs / data analysis -Ensure re-trainings if needed in case of low KPIs, high rate of non-conformining products, returns, rejects or complaints -Ensure adequate training material for critical procedures -Analyze audit findings in regards to training and to work with CAPA owner on improvements -Drive organizational change ensuring staff remain engaged, motivated, and valued.-Cooperate with global, regional and local Training Officer to maintain data and to ensure compliance with requirements -Cooperate with doc control to ensure proper time frame for training -Implementing the organizational development and change management initiatives to enable and drive a high-performing and inclusive culture.-Analyze business structures, procedures, processes, and utilization of resources.-Contribute to potential restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.Experiência y requisitosBachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university required, 3 - 5 years of related experience and/or training Strong planning, organizational and project management skills Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization existsOrganizaciónWSAGiroMedicinaActividad principalManufactura y DistribucionNúmero de empleados600**Área** Operaciones**Contrato** Permanente**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario** L-J: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.V: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.**Estudios** Titulo Profesional**Sexo** Indistinto
