**Training and Development Coordinator**

- Coordinación y manejo directo de comunicación interna y corporativa

- Background de Recursos Humanos
- Eventos Organizacionales para aprox 300 personas.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Promover la Cultura Organizacional, que fomente la efectividad, un ambiente apegado a la sinergia, motivación, empoderamiento y permanencia de los mejores talentos.
- Administrar presupuestos de eventos y actividades; generar y publicar toda la comunicación interna de acuerdo a los Valores del CLFD, así como administrar las redes sociales donde se publique.
- Cumplir y gestionar diariamente el cumplimiento del RIT, NOM-035 y Políticas de RH, ser ejemplo con su actitud (Cultura), desempeño y apego a los lineamientos del CLFD, para incrementar la satisfacción y sentido de pertenencia de su equipo para retener talento.
- Facilitar la integración, certificación y crecimiento del personal asignado, capacitándolo tanto en el desempeño de sus actividades como en alineación con la Cultura, para retener talento y promover el desarrollo de competencias.
- Asistir puntualmente según el Plan y superar con éxito los cursos y programas de Formación y Capacitación asignados a ti y a tu equipo, para demostrar tu compromiso con la mejora continua y el crecimiento profesional.
