About this team The Operations & Growth team drives the seamless coordination of business and functional teams, ensuring the successful incorporation of the Mexico entity into our global operating model and positioning it for long-term growth. The ideal candidate will serve as a central source of support—promoting collaboration, guiding cross-functional alignment, and navigating the integration process with strategic insight and agility. This team is responsible for designing and executing strategies that reflect global priorities while addressing the unique needs of the local market. Additionally, the team ensures that annual plans stay aligned with—and effectively contribute to—the organization’s long-term goals.
