Robotics Sales Support SpecialistJoin ABB, a global robotics leader, in this role within the Robotics business, supporting sales in the Mexico market.We are entering an exciting new chapter with SoftBank Group's acquisition of ABB Robotics.Your Role: Own the ChallengeAs a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers throughout the proposal process.You will act as a technical resource, preparing product and technology descriptions, estimating costs, and compiling final documentation.The work model for the role is Hybrid.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical guidance and solutions in response to inquiries from customers, sales channels, and Sales Specialists regarding ABB products, systems, and applications.Conduct analytical and diagnostic assessments to identify optimal technical solutions that meet customer needs and address complex inquiries.Support the development and maintenance of new sales opportunities, resolve specific customer issues, and contribute to achieving targets related to orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).Ensure budget goals are met, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and markets.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in automation or robotics.Experience in customer service.Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.Willingness to travel.Prior experience preparing quotations, particularly in automation or robotics.Knowledge of packaging and palletizing is a plus.Familiarity with mechanical design or robot simulation is an advantage.Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.BenefitsPerformance BonusSaving fundPaid parental leaveLife insuranceRetirement planHealth and dental insuranceWellbeing programFlex daysEmployee Assistance Program (PAE)Access to development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)We value people from different backgrounds.Could this be your story?Apply today or visit to read more about us and learn about the impact of our solutions across the globe.#J-*****-Ljbffr
