Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThe Accounts Payable Specialist manages daily invoicing and payment transactions, working closely with sales, project managers, and finance teams.This role involves interacting with customers and ensuring timely follow-ups to maintain collections within established credit terms.- Generate invoices in compliance with internal controls.- Keep overdue accounts receivable balances within acceptable limits.- Support credit analysis and offer recommendations.- Ability to interpret D&B Reports.- Reconcile AR accounts, including intercompany transactions.- Ensure timely submission of preliminary notices for projects.- Communicate with both international and domestic clients.- Take initiative in leading efforts to collect overdue accounts.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor's degree (in Accounting or Business Administration)- At least two years of experience in accounts receivable- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word).- Familiarity with SAP- Understanding of MX and US GAAP standards.- Bilingual: English and SpanishBeneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Contabilidad/Finanzas**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p.viajar** No
