**Objective**Accurately and opportunistically process the Company's receivables.*****Responsibilities**- Post accurate daily cash receipts including checks, ACH/bank transfers, and safe deposits.- Investigate, resolve, dispute and process customer payment deductions.- Research and process RMA credits.- Analyze AR (Aging Report) and assist in overdue accounts receivable collection efforts.- Perform monthly closing processes, financial reporting, internal controls and all other accounting initiatives related to accounts receivable.- Manage customer relationships and respond to invoice and payment inquiries.- Ensure that all processes, policies and procedures are clearly defined and fully documented.- Work in close collaboration and communication with the Sales Departments / BOC for the coordination of the processing of accounts receivable through the ERP System.- Provide any type of support to the team when needed**Profile**- Reports to: Accounts Receivable Lead and Accounting Manager.- Education required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, extensive knowledge in accounting.- Computer Management: Intermediate/Basic (Using Microsoft Office and Application Programs)- Experience required: 3 to 5 years.- English Level : Intermediate/Advanced verbal and written to communicate with U.S. customers
