**Project Manager (PM)** con experiência liderando proyectos tecnológicos en entornos ágiles, para coordinar dos iniciativas digitales clave con base en arquitectura cloud (AWS), tecnologías web, móviles y microservicios.El rol requiere habilidades de comunicación excepcionales, liderazgo sobre equipos técnicos (backend, frontend, QA, diseño), y foco en la entrega de valor al negocio.**Responsabilidades**:- Planificar, coordinar y dar seguimiento a los proyectos desde su inicio hasta su cierre.- Supervisar entregables técnicos en proyectos con tecnologías como **PHP, NodeJS, React Native, Flutter, Angular, Firebase y AWS**.- Liderar reuniones de planificación, seguimiento y retrospectivas bajo enfoques ágiles (Scrum o híbridos).- Gestionar riesgos, desvíos de alcance y cronogramas con foco en la entrega continua.- Facilitar la colaboración entre desarrolladores, QA, diseñadores UI/UX y stakeholders del negocio.- Mantener comunicación efectiva con clientes y equipos, asegurando el cumplimiento de expectativas.- Documentar decisiones clave, mantener JIRA y/o herramientas similares actualizadas.- Colaborar en decisiones estratégicas sobre arquitectura y prioridades técnicas junto a los Líderes Técnicos.- Gestionar proveedores externos y herramientas como **Twilio, Firebase, Mandrill, Infobip, PowerBI, DataDog, etc.****Requisitos**:- +3 años de experiência como Project Manager en entornos tecnológicos.- Conocimiento práctico de **metodologías ágiles** (Scrum, Kanban).- Experiência gestionando **proyectos con componentes cloud (AWS)**.- Familiaridad con stacks modernos: PHP, NodeJS, React Native, Flutter, Angular.- Dominio de herramientas de gestión como **JIRA, Confluence, Trello o similares**.- Experiência previa trabajando con desarrolladores y equipos técnicos.- Excelentes habilidades de organización, comunicación y liderazgo.- Nível de inglés intermedio o superior (escrito y oral).Deseables:- Conocimiento básico de arquitectura de software, DevOps o APIs REST.- Experiência en productos orientados a **usuarios móviles** o alto volumen de tráfico.- Capacidad de gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.- Certificación PMP, Scrum Master, o similar (no excluyente).Modalidad y Ubicación:- Trabajo remoto con disponibilidad horaria para coordinar con equipos distribuidos.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $30,****** al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoPago complementario:- Bono anual- Bono de permanenciaTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
