Si te late el ritmo acelerado, el trabajo de campo y te motiva ver el crecimiento de tu equipo, este es tu lugar¿Qué harás con nosotros?Liderazgo: Dirigir, motivar y desarrollar un equipo de Business Developers para que alcancen su máximo potencial.Estrategia: Diseñar y ejecutar el plan de acción para la prospección y onboarding de restaurantes, evolucionando el equipo de un modelo "hunter" a un modelo "farmer" a medida que escalemos.Negociación: Mantener y fortalecer las relaciones comerciales con nuestros socios.Análisis: Utilizar datos y herramientas como Salesforce y Excel para identificar oportunidades y tomar decisiones estratégicas.Gestión: Asegurar la ejecución impecable de los planes comerciales y el cumplimiento de los objetivos.¿Qué buscamos en ti?Más de 5 años de experiencia en ventas, desarrollo de negocios y liderazgo de equipos de campo, preferentemente en empresas de tecnología, consumo masivo o retail.Historial comprobable de éxito en el manejo de equipos de ventas de alto rendimiento.Pensamiento estratégico y analítico, con experiencia en CRM (Salesforce o similar) y Excel avanzado.Habilidad para resolver problemas complejos y adaptarte a un entorno dinámico y de rápido crecimiento.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para influenciar a diferentes partes interesadas.Dominio del inglés y español (fluido).Si estás listo para unirte a una empresa que está redefiniendo la movilidad y el delivery, y quieres liderar un equipo que tendrá un impacto real en la Ciudad de México, queremos conocerteTenemos un grandioso paquete de compensaciones y comisiones por metas.Aplica para conocer más
