**Descripción general**: tu misión como **Service Desk IT**será trabajar en los diferentes ambientes, plataformas y sistemas, así como en la infraestructura para lograr el abastecimiento y gestión de equipamiento, continuidad y seguimiento de la operación de Serviap.**Ubicación**:Av.Sor Juana Ines De La Cruz, Tlanepantla, Estado de México.**Modalidad**: Presencial**Actividades principales**:- Resolución de tickets de atención de soporte técnico.- Gestión de inventarios de infraestructura.- Preparación, acondicionamiento y entrega de equipamiento y herramientas de IT.- Administración de accesos y credenciales a plataformas y aplicaciones web.- Reparación, armado y desarmado de equipos de tecnología e informática.- Resolución de problemas de hardware, software y redes.- Escalación de incidentes con proveedores.**Requerimientos**:- Licenciatura en carreras afín.- Nível de inglés básico.- Mínimo 3 años de experiência en un puesto similar.**Habilidades requeridas**:- Habilidad en comunicación asertiva con otros usuarios internos y externos para resolver incidentes.- Conocimiento de gestión de plataforma M365 (Teams, SharePoint, Office).- Conocimiento en el desarmado, reparación y armado de equipos de computo (Laptops y Desktops).- Administración para llevar en orden y actualizados los inventarios, así como la alta, baja y cambio de dispositivos de IT.- Proactividad.**Habilidades deseadas**:- Conocimiento de gestión aplicativo Airtable.- Automatizaciones.- Uso de IA.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $15,****** - $17,****** al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
