Airbotics Talent are partnered with a high-growth drone and robotics company transforming how industrial inspections are carried out. Their technology is already used across multiple markets including energy, infrastructure, and heavy industry, and they are now expanding commercial operations across Latin America.They are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead regional LATAM growth through distributor development, direct sales, and long-term partner relationships. Candidates can be based anywhere within the LATAM region and should expect regular international travel.The RoleThis position will take ownership of business development and sales strategy across Latin America within key industrial verticals. You will play a pivotal role in expanding regional presence, identifying new channels to market, and ensuring strong alignment between customer needs and product development.You will operate with a high level of autonomy while collaborating closely with technical, product, and operations teams in the global HQ.Key Responsibilities:Drive revenue growth across LATAM through direct sales and channel partnershipsIdentify, negotiate, and onboard regional distributors and resellersBuild and maintain strong relationships with industrial end users and strategic partnersConduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunitiesFeed structured market insights back into product and strategy discussionsRepresent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events globallyTravel to customer locations for demos, training, and relationship developmentManage activities with a commercially disciplined approach, balancing investment and returnSupport a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvementThe PersonThe ideal candidate will be an experienced B2B industrial sales professional with a proven track record in the LATAM region. You are commercially sharp, self-directed, and motivated by building markets in addition to those inherited.The ideal candidate will have:5+ years of experience in direct sales or account management across Latin AmericaEither experience selling UAVs or an established network selling to energy, oil and gas or water markets is essentialComfort working in fast-moving, growth-stage business environmentsFluency in Spanish and English is essential, Portuguese is advantageousWillingness to travel internationally around 25 percent of the timeDegree-level education in business, engineering, or a related discipline preferredOur client are looking to hire this role immediately, so if interested please submit your application with attached resume today for considerationDue to confidentiality, and to protect our client interests, many of our assignments will not be posted here.
