**Company Description**:- Work smart, have fun and make an impact_**EcoVadis is the leading provider of business sustainability ratings**.Our solutions are backed by an international team of experts and powerful technology.We analyze data and build sustainability scorecards that give companies actionable insights into their environmental, social and ethical risks.**Learn more about our team and culture** on EcoVadis careers page.We're looking for a motivated, autonomous individual to support the subscribers of the EcoVadis network, both individually and at scale, to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, revenue and value perception.Duties include (but are not limited to):Market management and development:- Manage our existing Americas market with the aim of maximizing revenue, driving upsell and upgrades & improving customer experience and driving sustainability improvements- Use available data to drive targeted actions to achieve objectivesImprove and implement:- Develop content to improve value perception at scale, such as hosting webinars to target specific customer groups and to drive interest in our different solutions and upsell as well as following up on the revenue generated from themCommunicate:- Coordinate with Frontline teams to open further opportunities for upsell, and to ensure content relating to upselling & value perception is effective- Communicates value to customers on regional initiatives- Clearly track and communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives & results to internal and external stakeholders- Prepares technical reports on accounts/market status by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing complex information and trends in a concise and clear manner- Share best practices, success stories and lessons learned with global colleagues- Escalate feedback to the appropriate business unit or process manager to drive process and product improvements and improve the customer experienceBe pro-active:- Identify and suggest process improvements to improve team efficiency- Identify opportunities for automation, such as cadences, to reduce manual work and improve efficiency- Identify additional revenue opportunities to develop the rated company offering- Represent the voice of the rated customer within EcoVadis**Qualifications**- Minimum 2 years experience in customer facing roles, such as business or sales development- You will be comfortable with proactive outreach to EcoVadis network members- Passion for excellent customer service- Ability to interpret data to identify actions- Digital marketing experience a plus- Comfortable presenting to large groups- Experience with Salesforce or CRM software preferred- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high-growth environment- Enthusiasm and motivation to improve customer experience- Proactive in suggesting, designing and implementing ideas and improvements**Additional Information**- Full-time position (After probation period)- Office Location: Varsovia 36, office 803 and 807, Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, *****, México City**In return for your expertise, we offer**:- Work from home allowances (one-off IT and Home equipment)- Flexible working hours- Wellness allowance for mental and physical wellbeing- Access to professional mental health support- Referral bonus policy- Learning and development- Sustainability events and community involvement- Peer recognition program- Employee-led resource groups- Annual performance bonus- Remote work from abroad policy- Internet and electricity bill allowance- Health care and life insurance after specified seniority- Hybrid work organization- Additional day for community service when volunteering- Career growth management
