**Company Description**At Nielsen, we are passionate about our work to power a better media future for all people by providing powerful insights that drive client decisions and deliver extraordinary results.Our talented, global workforce is dedicated to capturing audience engagement with content - wherever and whenever it's consumed.Together, we are proudly rooted in our deep legacy as we stand at the forefront of the media revolution.When you join Nielsen, you will join a dynamic team committed to excellence, perseverance, and the ambition to make an impact together.We champion you, because when you succeed, we do too.We enable your best to power our future.As a Contact Center Sr Specialist, you'll be the face of Nielsen, building and maintaining relationships with our panel families.You'll recruit, coach, and support Nielsen households, ensuring their active participation and the integrity of our data collection process.**Responsibilities**:- Managing relationships with Nielsen families participating in media measurement panels.- Conduct phone interviews, verifying eligibility, and ensuring proper equipment installation and maintenance.- Strong communication and persuasion skills are crucial.- Collect device information, troubleshoot remotely, and ensure accurate data collection.- Meet performance goals related to sample quality and customer satisfaction.**Qualifications**This is a hybrid position, requiring a mix of in-office work at our Guadalajara location and remote work.- ** Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential.**:- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent negotiation and customer service skills are required, with sales experience a plus.- Technical Proficiency: Requires strong computer skills (iOS, Windows, Google Applications), software systems aptitude, and knowledge of WiFi and networking.- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.LI-YL1**Additional Information
