In the role of AR Cash Application, you will:- Conduct regular reconciliations of customer accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies- Collaborate with the credit and collections to manage and resolve open payments.- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency- Assist in developing and implementing digital solutions to increase automations.- Work side by side with the leaders to foster a culture of innovation and agile thinking, process improve, implement, and achieve the objectives.- Lead the organization- Implement and trace metrics**To be successful in this role, you need to have some skills and experience**:- First level university degree with a focus in accounting, finance or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.- Good analytical skills.- Good communication and influencing skills.- Working with leaders and quickly building their trust, so they see you as a partner and problem solver..- Creative mindset.- Digital and Power BI skills is a plus.**This job might be for you if**:- You are creative, curious, and like to challenge the status quo.- You are enthusiastic.- You like to power through obstacles and get stuff done.- You enjoy collaborating with smart people and approach your work with a sense of fun.
