_**About the company**_Kolmio Group is a family based business in Laredo, TX.We began our journey with a 53 dry van department and now are a logistics and transportation company with reach all over the USA.We offer quality services to deliver the loads in the fastest and safest way possible with our dry vans, sprinter vans, cargo vans and small box trucks.- **About the position**_As an operations specialist, you will provide customer service to our client list with updates regarding their shipments and communicate any service issues to customer and team.- **Requirements**_- Advanced english (required)- Experience in transportation USA and Mexico- Border crossing- FTL, LTL- Good attitude- Problem solving skills- Self-motivated- Ability to work in teams- Effective communication- **Responsibilities**_- Provide track and trace updates for the shipments.- Continually update customers as to the status of each order as required and solve customer-specific freight issues.- Entering, updating and processing customer orders on various interfaces.- Coordinating with other departments to clear customs paperwork.- Follow established procedures for processing bills.- Perform duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Medio tiempoHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- Monterrey, N.
