**LEXMARK INTERNACIONAL****Solicita**:**Supplier Development Lead****Descripción y Requisitos**Bachelor's degree any option, MBA as optional7 years of experience in a similar positionSix Sigma certified is a plusAPICS training preferablyDocumentation and availability to travel.**Responsibilities**:Monitor component availability supporting NPI SOP and mass production readiness.Identify component shortage for ongoing production and rebalancing.Act as a project manager to resolve component shortages.Lead CFT to assigned suppliers.Work with assigned suppliers to identify root cause of component shortages and put processes in place to prevent problems in the future.The goal of this role is to ensure no component shortages within lead time.Monitor and report key performance metrics, including Purchase Price Variance, inventories, shortages, and supplier performance.Ensure suppliers are maintaining the correct safety stock/buffer.Oversee/assist with spot buy needs and rebalancing specific to assigned suppliers.Ensure alignment between Global Sourcing Commodity Managers and Global Planning planners regarding supplier day to day activities.Manage supplier to reduce costs, improve quality, control inventories and ensure timely flow of material.AVL management.Bring ideas to CFT and be able to implement necessary process improvements.**Knowledge on**:Supply chain AdministrationMS OfficePurchasing management aspectsSAPMaterials administrationInventory ControlSupplier DevelopmentNegotiation skillsLEAN manufacturing toolsImprovement Analysis toolsPower BIOffice 365Bilingual both spoken and written English and Spanish.Puesto: Administracion**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
