This role reports directly to the CFO and collaborates closely with Operations, Accounting, and the Leadership Team.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze weekly P&Ls, daily sales reports, weekly cash flow, and monthly financial statements.Monitor unit-level margins and flag variances proactively.Collaborate with Operations leadership to understand trends, implement controls, and track improvements.Consolidate information from our software ecosystem and develop executive-ready models and reports.Create KPI dashboards, executive summaries, and ad-hoc analyses for the CFO.Support annual budgeting, 13-week rolling forecasts, and profitability assessments.Contribute to continuous improvement within AP, PO approvals, cost controls, and month-end close.Gain operational understanding by working directly with restaurant teams when needed.QualificationsDisplays passion for Eureka's values and culture — Energy, Discovery, Community.3–6 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, operational analysis, or financial control.Advanced Excel skills; experience with Restaurant365 is a major plus.Ability to work under pressure and meet weekly and monthly deadlines with accuracy.Strong communicator who can transform numbers into stories.Highly proactive — someone who investigates, asks questions, and builds solutions from the ground up.Position RequirementsEnsure accuracy of financial reporting, forecasts, and models.Provide clear recommendations that support strategic decisions.Help maintain cost control standards across units.Monitor trends, identify risks, and suggest system improvements.Maintain compliance with company policies, internal controls, and auditing standards.Participate in ongoing professional development and continuous learning.What's In It For YouBuild Something From the Ground Up: You'll help shape and establish our internal Finance function from scratch—your work becomes the blueprint for how we scale.High Executive Visibility: Direct access to the CFO and regular collaboration with the executive team.
