Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Execution Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting banks, credit unions, digital banks, and financial institutions. Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities for payment processing, card issuing/acquiring solutions, fraud and risk tools, and related fintech products. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and contract closure. Build a strong pipeline through networking, market analysis, and proactive outreach. Client Relationship Management Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders, including CIOs, COOs, Heads of Payments, and Product Teams. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client priorities and recommending the right payment solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support continued account growth. Market & Product Expertise Stay up to date with digital payments trends, open banking, real‑time payments, card issuance, merchant acquiring, and regulatory changes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product offerings meet the evolving needs of banks and FIs. Provide insight and feedback to support product strategy and roadmap development. Reporting & Forecasting Maintain accurate CRM records of activities and sales progress. Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts. Monitor KPIs to measure results and identify opportunities for improvement. Qualifications Required: 5+ years of sales experience in payments, fintech, card issuing/acquiring, or banking technology. Proven success selling to banks or financial institutions. Strong understanding of payment products (e.g., card processing, digital wallets, tokenization, real‑time payments). Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
