At Nouryon, our global team of Changemakers takes positive action every day to reach higher and collectively and individually.We create innovative and sustainable solutions for our customers to answer society's needs - today and in the future.We are looking for team members who bring ideas forward, champion others and work together to do better.Does that sound like you?About the Job:We're looking for a Global Customer Service Representative to support our Technology Solutions business in Los Reyes.In this role, you'll manage both international and domestic customer orders across the Central America region.You'll be the go-to person making sure everything runs smoothly from order entry to delivery.It's a great fit if you enjoy problem-solving, keeping things organized, and building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.In your future role as Global Customer Service Representative, you will:- Handle customer orders (domestic & international) from start to finish using SAP- Make sure orders are processed, invoiced, and shipped out on time- Work closely with customers on product availability, delivery timelines, and shipping details- Keep customers in the loop on any changes to their orders or agreements- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance, etc.) to make sure everything's aligned- Manage order-related documents and provide support for import/export shipments- Stay on top of credit control issues, issue credit/debit notes, and follow up on overdue payments- Update and maintain customer master data and contacts in CRM- Help manage customer complaints and work with Account Managers to follow up and resolve issues- Coordinate returns and packaging logistics when needed- Communicate regularly with freight forwarders and other logistics partners- Ensure all processes follow company procedures and SOX complianceWe believe you bring:- A bachelor's degree (Business Admin, International Commerce, or Chemical Engineering preferred)- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or sales support—ideally in manufacturing- Fully bilingual in English / Spanish (required)- A customer-focused mindset and a drive to get things done right- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to stay calm and prioritize when things get busy- Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills- Experience using SAP (Sales & Distribution, Import/Export) is a big plus- Familiarity with freight forwarders or customs brokers is a bonus- A self-starter attitude and comfort working independently or in a teamAdditional details:- This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager.- When applying, please submit your resume in English.Do not submit it in Spanish.- This role is fully onsite at our plant in Los Reyes (La Paz) 4 days/week.Good to know:About Nouryon:We're looking for tomorrow's Changemakers, today.From day one, we support you with your personal growth, through challenging positions and comprehensive learning and development opportunities, in a dynamic, international, diverse, and proactive working environment.Visit our website and follow us on LinkedIn.We have already chosen our sourcing channels for this recruitment and kindly ask not to be contacted by any advertisement agents, recruitment agencies or staffing companies.**WeAreNouryon #Changemakers**:- Standard**Vacancy data**:- Closing date- Open until further notice- Vacancy number- N*********Organization**:- Continent- North America- Country- Mexico- State/Region/Province- México (Bundesstaat)- Site- Los Reyes La Paz**Job characteristics**:- Job area- Sales and Marketing- Hierarchy level- Entry Level- Full time/part time- Fulltime- Contract type- Permanent
