TXAT LATAM is a leading integrator of security solutions, providing cutting-edge products, services, and technology of the highest quality for both public and private security markets. Today, we are looking for a Senior Presales Manager – Security Solutions to join our team and drive the development of advanced security solutions.

This position will lead the development and implementation of innovative technology architectures that meet client needs both domestically and internationally. This role is key to create unique technological proposals, form strategic partnerships with manufacturers and suppliers, and optimize tools and processes for effective security solution integration. Additionally, the position will support Commercial Management throughout the sales cycle, ensuring standardized processes, proper documentation, and adherence to KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Technology Architecture Development: Design and implement scalable, cutting-edge technology solutions that surpass client expectations in security. Ensure architectures stay innovative and align with emerging trends.
  • Strategic Alliances: Identify and establish relationships with manufacturers and tech integrators to strengthen the company's global market position. Build partnerships that enhance the company's reputation as a leader in security solutions.
  • Proprietary Technologies and Tools: Develop, implement, and optimize proprietary technologies that add value, ensuring differentiation and autonomy from competitors. Align value propositions with the evolving security market.
  • Proposal Management: Manage the tools and processes necessary for crafting compelling and efficient technological proposals. Ensure optimal resource use and high-quality deliverables that showcase the company's strengths.
  • Process and Documentation Standardization: Create standardized documentation for technological proposals, streamlining project transitions between departments and end users. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are easy to interpret.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide strong leadership, fostering collaboration across sales, engineering, and operations teams. Ensure seamless communication between departments for the successful execution of projects.
  • Client and Expectation Management: Work closely with sales teams to ensure proposed solutions meet or exceed client expectations. Engage with key clients to identify improvements and ensure ongoing satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fields.
  • Preferably a Master's degree or certifications in Project Management or Security Solutions.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in pre-sales, engineering, or managing technological solutions, preferably in the security field.
  • Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects.
  • Experience in researching and evaluating new technologies and manufacturers.
  • Advanced knowledge of security solutions architecture, networks, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM.
  • Ability to develop and standardize clear and understandable technical documentation.
  • Effective leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Ability to work in collaborative environments, focusing on interdepartmental communication.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to establish strategic relationships.
  • Intermediate English proficiency with the ability to engage in verbal conversations, as the role involves interaction with international clients.
  • Focus on KPI compliance and continuous process improvement.
