Profile: Bachelor's degree in Actuary, Economy or areas with affinity to deep numeric analysis.
Qualifications: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in the Pharmaceutical industry crafting and implementing incentive plans (primary care and consumption), desirable high specialty.

About the role:As a Commercial Excellence Manager, you will be accountable for the Sales Incentives process for Field Force (Medical & Trade) and responsible for delivering Dashboards to keep track of performance in Prescriptions and Sales for relevant markets.
Main Responsibilities:- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough reporting, monitoring, and analysis of performance and KPI data to provide actionable recommendations for the medical detailing management teams, aimed at improving Field Force performance.
- Segmentation and Targeting Strategies: Develop and implement segmentation and targeting strategies utilizing relevant data sources to facilitate business growth in both face-to-face and omnichannel environments relaying on business needs, strategies & priorities.
- Market Analytics: Enhance category understanding through comprehensive market research and data analytics, ensuring accurate segmentation of target physicians and effective execution of strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Provide appropriate support across all areas of stakeholder engagement to drive business evolution and optimize performance outcomes.
- Provide support and training on the Sales Incentives calculation process.

- Leadership in Sales Incentives Program: Oversee the development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the Sales Incentives Program (SIP) for Field Forces, including medical detailing and merchandisers.
- You are willing to work in Huixquilucan, Estado de México.
- Bachelor's degree in Actuary, Economy or areas with affinity to deep numeric analysis.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in the Pharmaceutical industry crafting and implementing incentive plans (primary care and consumption), desirable high specialty.
- Data Base Management (advanced).
- Good knowledge of IQVIA and the audit process (close up).
- Veeva knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package (Advanced level in Excel is a must).
- Great leadership skills and passion for People Development.
- Strong oral and written English communication skills.
- Team orientation, "can-do" attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results.
- Creativity, innovation, initiative, follow-through, good communication skills, and priority-setting.
