- Eres competente en liderazgo de equipo, gestión del rendimiento, reclutamiento, y comunicación verbal.
- Español - Nativo o completamente fluido.
Ingles - Conversacional.
- Responsabilidades y más:

1. Desarrollo e Implementación de Estrategias de RR. HH.:
Crear e implementar estrategias de satisfacción y retención de empleados que estén alineadas con los objetivos de la empresa, asegurando que promuevan la cultura y los valores corporativos.

2. Reclutamiento y Selección:
Liderar el proceso de reclutamiento para atraer al mejor talento, garantizando que la cultura del lugar de trabajo refleje los valores de la organización y mejore sus capacidades técnicas.

3. Gestión de Relaciones con Empleados:
Supervisar la resolución de conflictos, acciones disciplinarias y manejo de quejas, promoviendo un ambiente de trabajo positivo y de apoyo.

4. Gestión del Rendimiento:
Implementar sistemas de gestión del rendimiento para evaluar y mejorar el desempeño de los empleados, proporcionando retroalimentación regular y facilitando oportunidades de desarrollo profesional.

5. Formación y Desarrollo:
Desarrollar y coordinar programas de formación para mejorar las habilidades y competencias de los empleados, aumentando su satisfacción laboral y rendimiento.

6. Cumplimiento Legal y Políticas:
Asegurar que todos los procedimientos y políticas cumplan con las leyes laborales y regulaciones, actualizando las políticas según sea necesario para mitigar riesgos legales y proteger la reputación de la empresa.
