**Position**:
Field Sales Representative

Join our Field Sales team at Arrow Querétaro
Our Field Sales team is in charge of building meaningful relationships with our customers, vendors and suppliers all across different industries.
**What you'll be doing**:

- Manages and oversees the processing of sales orders.
- Manages all facets of customer retention and satisfaction.
- Resolve escalated operational related issues including vendor concerns, contract reviews, new programs.
- Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, plan strategy and develop all key relationships to ensure strong foundation for solution selling.
- Manages market research to determine special pricing for non
- standard items in the interests of ensuring appropriate profit margins are reached and maintained.
- Work within an assigned account base to grow and develop the business
- Understand organization structure, products and end markets of all key customers, forge relationships and influence decision makers at all levels.
- Requires experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment
- Maintain an acceptable knowledge on our competitors and the market place
- Provide insight to create value for the clients business.
- Maintain a quarterly forecast by account.
- This position requires often travel or visiting customers offices

**What you need**:

- Typically requires 3-5 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the industry.
- Knowledge and proficient use of Excel.
- Knowledge and use of CRM tools is desirable.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
