Acciones de mejora para clima y cultura organizacional
Relaciones sindicales
Cumplimiento en tiempo y forma según lo que establece la estructura de Juntas de TIERS
Soporte y aplicación de compromisos Posteriores a la Negociación
Planeación, Negociación y Ejecución de separación de la fuerza laboral
Gestionar la flexibilidad necesaria para cumplir los compromisos de producción (ej.
Cambios de horarios, cambios de producción)
Atención directa al empleado en piso de producción
Educación:
Licenciatura en Psicología industrial, Recursos Humanos, Administración o afín y/o experiência que le acredite
Experiência en manejo de sindicatios 3 años como minimo.
Conocimiento en Ley Federal del Trabajo
Seguimiento y cierre de investigaciones
Investigacion y documentacion de casos
Previsión de demandas
Habilidad de negociacion y comunicacion efectiva
