**Job Description**:
**Objetivo de la Posición**:

- Manage/Grow assigned customer and budget base; pursue and secure business in line with corporate/regional objectives within the assigned geography and/or market segment.

**Principales Responsabilidades: (No limitativo)**
- Accountable for delivery of the “Gross Profit” to meet and exceed predefined targets through assigned clients.
- Preparation of sales calls, and pipeline management through our CRM with a disciplined approach.
- Strive for consultative sales to distinguish market presence by effectively probing/identifying needs and suggesting solutions from our portfolio of logistics products (Ocean, Landside transportation, Customs House Brokerage, LTL, LCL, Control Tower solutions and Lead Logistics, etc.).
- Timely and correct update of contract rates, terms, and conditions in line with the predefined procedures.
- Effectively hand over and provide the right input for implementations, on overall "closed-won" business opportunities to our customer service, operations, and finance teams.
- Establish an internal network to facilitate the resolution of customer issues.
- Research and understand territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers
- Respond to all sales leads/key correspondence within identified timelines.
- Research and analyze competitive and industry trends (e.g., analyze sales statistics, prepare reports, study literature regarding new and existing services, and monitor sales, prices, and services of competitors); recommend appropriate measures.

**Estudios, Idiomas y Lenguajes necesarios**:

- Bachelor´s degree in Administration, International Commerce, or similar.
- Más 2 años de experiência en área de logística;
- Inglés intermedio/avanzado;
**Habilidades Deseadas y Experiência**:

- Proven experience in a commercial role within the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Previous business development experience, with a sound understanding of logistics and solutions selling.
- Great relationship-building skills, customer oriented.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to be both persuasive and influential.
- Self-motivated and performance-driven.
