**We offer you**:

- Base salary $15,000.00 to $20,000.00
- Uncapped commissions average $20,000.00-$35,000.00.
- Direct contract with our company.

- Hours Monday to Friday from 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.

**For us it is very important that you meet the following requirements**:

- Proven sales experience in the software development industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual position)
- Completed Bachelor of Engineering.
- Minimum experience of 2 years in a commercial area, corporate sales, or similar.
- Interested in technology.
- Advanced English 100% (perfect grammar and communication skills).
- CRM management.
- Office management (Advanced excel)
- Third language (desirable)

**What activities will you have to do?**
- You will be responsible for carrying out the entire sales process, which includes: lead search, negotiation, consultative selling, platform onboarding, retention, and sales closing.
- Identify and qualify new leads through various channels (Apollo, LinkedIn, Calling, etc)
- Your main focus will be acquiring and developing new accounts, doing Cross-selling and Up-selling.
- You will generate business relationships and monitor the sales strategy, ensuring that the established objectives are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads.
- Prepare a management report
