Position Title: Sales Team Supervisor
**Mission of the Role**:
The mission of the Sales Team Supervisor at Detail Cleaning Services is to lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring their success in meeting sales targets while upholding exceptional client service standards. By fostering a supportive and motivating environment, the Supervisor will enhance team productivity and drive company growth.
**Results to be Generated**:
- Ensure the team achieves a 40% lead-to-sale conversion rate collectively.
- Drive the retention of at least 40% of initial cleanings as recurring clients.
- Maintain a 99% response rate within business hours for all sales team inquiries and lead follow-ups.
- Facilitate continuous improvement through performance evaluations and skill-building initiatives.
**Skills Required**:
- **2-3 years of proven experience in sales** with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- **1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience**, preferably in a sales or client-facing role.
- Proven experience in sales leadership or team management with a record of driving measurable results.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, processes, and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to guide and motivate team members.
- Clear, effective and articulate verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Proficiency in using CRM and other sales management tools.

- Step in to handle sales calls and follow-ups when needed, serving as a backup to ensure no lead is left unattended.
- Manage schedules and resources to ensure all leads are attended to promptly and efficiently.
- Identify areas for improvement and execute solutions to overcome challenges.
