**Responsabilidades**:
- Crear estrategias para dar apoyo al equipo de ventas en las distintas fases del ciclo de ventas.
- Diseñar e impartir programas de formación para dotar al equipo de ventas de conocimientos sobre los productos, el sector y técnicas de venta eficaces.
- Trabajar en colaboración con la dirección de ventas para identificar áreas de mejora de procesos y aumento de la eficiencia dentro del ciclo de ventas.
- Desarrollar y perfeccionar los procesos de ventas, garantizando la alineación con las mejores prácticas del sector.

- Inglés conversacional intermedio-avanzado (Indispensable).
- Experiência mínima de 1 año en estrategia de ventas.
- Licenciatura concluida en Negocios internacionales, Relaciones comerciales internacionales o carreras afines.
- Capacidad para articular ideas complejas de forma clara y persuasiva.
