**PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN**

Esta posición pertenece al departamento de Operaciones.

**Reporta a**:Sustainability Coordinator

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Colaboración en la verificación en el mantenimiento de los registros de EH&S con el fin de cumplir con la política de BAT y la legislación nacional.
- Participación en las investigaciones de los accidentes que ocurran en la compañía, con el fin de generar las acciones correctivas y prevenir incidentes/accidentes futuros.
- Acompañamiento en revisiones mensuales de los equipos y sistemas de seguridad con el fin de asegurar su efectividad en caso de una emergencia.
- Colaboración para la Implementación de programas de entrenamiento a fin de que los empleados/contratistas ejecuten su trabajo en forma segura.
- Apoyo en la Implementación de programas y elaboración de reportes relacionados con la protección al medio ambiente: manejo de desechos sólidos, manejo de aguas residuales y emisiones atmosféricas, con el fin de fomentar una operación sustentable.
- Implementar planes de acción para evitar riesgos a los empleados, personal externo e impactos al ambiente.
- Participación en la generación de reportes e indicadores sobre las conductas de manejo seguro de la flota de vehículos de la fuerza de ventas.
- Llevar a cabo revisiones periódicas a los diferentes departamentos con el fin de verificar el cumplimiento y desarrollo de los procedimientos de EH&S, así como identificar áreas de oportunidad

**EXPERIENCIA, HABILIDADES Y CONOCIMIENTOS ESENCIALES**
- Graduación proyectada para 2024
- Estudiante de Desarrollo Sustentable, Ingeniería en Seguridad y Salud, Ingeniería Industrial, Química o carreras afines
- No planear salir de intercambio en 1 año
- Nível de inglés intermedio/avanzado
- Nível de Excel y PowerPoint intermedio
- Deberá tener la posibilidad de estar en la posición por un año
