We are hiring a Sales Manager to the team You will be responsible for developing a business strategy and plan to optimize the Performance Nutrition business for Mexico, executing the agreed plan and building the structure to deliver sustained growth:
Develop a commercial strategy that delivers against our ambitious growth plans
Develop, implement and drive a commercial routine with Distributors.
Pro-actively manage sales & distribution data
Develop/implement routine with Distributor and his sales staff to ensure pro-active and proper management over KPIs:
Actual Sales vs. Sales Target
Customer base vs. Weekly coverage %
Portfolio mix improvement
Create and execute commercial plans to grow key indicators
Identify new market opportunities and distribution partnerships, recommend robust business proposals
Own the Sales and Distribution KPI’s
Influence sales staff and manage to lead them to a high performing team
Managing market pricing and competition
Monitor competitor activity in the marketplace
Generate customer and consumer insights

**Experience needed**:
7+ years of experience in business & sales positions
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Administration, Marketing or related
Ability to influence at a senior level
English as second Language (Fluent) and Spanish (native).
Think strategically and tactically as well
Willingness to travel
Strong motivation and ambition.
Demonstrated ability in business analysis and decision making
Strong computing, reporting and business presentation skills

The Sales Manager will lead and manage sales activity, strategy & relationships with key customers and maintain Distributor running properly the commercial operations with GPN brands in order to meet sales and financial targets.
