Como nuestro Head de Product Engineering jugarás un papel fundamental en la estrategía, implementación, y gestión de Product Management y Software Engineering. Reportarás directamente al Chief Product Officer y serás clave para impulsar el desarrollo y la ejecución de nuestras estrategias de producto e ingeniería en México. Jugarás un papel crítico en elevar nuestro equipo, producto, y plataforma a níveles “world-class”.

Colaborarás directamente con la gerencia de Bind y stakeholders claves para entregar soluciones que impulsan el éxito de PyMEs en México. Tu rol combina lo estratégico y operacional para asegurar el triunfo de cara a nuestros clientes. Desafiarás límites, trabajarás en equipo y serás parte de la solución que empodera a las pymes en sus operaciones.

Liderazgo Estratégico de Product & Engineering**:

- Desarrollar y ejecutar una estrategia cohesiva de producto e ingeniería que se alinee con los objetivos de Bind, las dinámicas del mercado, y las necesidades de nuestros clientes.
- Con el equipo de Product Management, identificar oportunidades para la innovación del producto y la expansión del mercado, estableciendo metas claras y métricas de éxito.
- Asegurar que el Roadmap refleje las prioridades estratégicas, equilibrando los logros a corto plazo con la visión a largo plazo.
- Alinear los equipos de Product y Engineering para entregar valor frecuentemente hacia las iniciativas más importantes en camino a lograr la visión del producto.
- **Liderazgo Técnico**
- Liderar la dirección técnica para el desarrollo del producto, asegurando que la arquitectura y las elecciones tecnológicas soporten la escalabilidad y seguridad.
- Facilitar los procesos de toma de decisiones técnicas, asegurando alineación con las mejores prácticas, estándares de la industria, y la dirección del producto.
- Promover e implementar metodologías ágiles, mejorando la eficiencia y efectividad del proceso de desarrollo.
- **Desarrollo y Crecimiento del Equipo**
- Construir una cultura de excelencia dentro de los equipos de Product Management & Engineering estableciendo altos estándares de rendimiento y fomentando el aprendizaje continuo.
- Reclutar talento de primer nível, enfocándose en la diversidad e inclusión para enriquecer las capacidades y perspectivas del equipo.
- Implementar programas de desarrollo para los miembros del equipo para mejorar sus habilidades y progresión de carrera, asegurando alineación con las necesidades de la empresa y las aspiraciones individuales.
- **Optimización del Producto**
- Monitorear y optimizar el rendimiento del producto, identificando cuellos de botella e implementando soluciones que impacten en la experiência de nuestros clientes con el producto.
- Liderar esfuerzos para abordar y reducir la deuda técnica, priorizando el trabajo que mejora la salud y performance del sistema.
- Establecer métricas y sistemas de monitoreo para gestionar proactivamente el rendimiento del sistema y asegurar que se cumplan los SLA y las expectativas de nuestros clientes.
- **Innovación y Evolución**
- Mantenerse al día con las tecnologías emergentes y las tendencias de la industria, evaluando su impacto potencial en los productos y servicios de la empresa.
- Liderar la integración de tecnologías y metodologías innovadoras en el proceso de desarrollo del producto, mejorando la ventaja competitiva de la empresa.
- Promover la evolución de la plataforma, asegurando que permanezca ágil y adaptable a los cambios en las demandas del mercado y los avances tecnológicos.
- **Colaboración e Influencia**
- Actuar como un puente entre los equipos de Producto, Engineering, Cloud Ops y el negocio, asegurando una colaboración y asignación de recursos como priorización de claras iniciativas.
- Fomentar un ambiente colaborativo que anime a los equipos interfuncionales a trabajar juntos hacia objetivos comunes.

**Carreras afines**:
Ingeniero de Software (opcional)
Experiência gestionando equipos de PE en ambiente SaaS/desarrollo web.
Necesita experiência técnica.
Preferible experiência en.NET
Experiência en ambientes Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
