**Propósito**
- El Head of HR tiene como objetivo implementar la estrategia de gestión del talento de la compañía con el fin de atraer, supervisar, cultivar y retener a los colaboradores de la organización. Además, debe garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos presentes y futuros de la compañía, velando por la equidad interna y en el mercado.
- Optimizar la rentabilidad del negocio mediante el análisis y la mejora de indicadores clave de Recursos Humanos (rotación, capacitación, costo por empleado, productividad, etc), desempeñando un papel facilitador en la implementación de soluciones de Recursos Humanos para Tiendas, el área Corporativa y CEDIS.

Responsabilidades_**
- Examinar, ajustar e instaurar los métodos operativos de Casa Matriz en México con el propósito de garantizar la estandarización de los procesos.
- Desarrollar, implementar y dar seguimiento a las directrices y procedimientos de Recursos Humanos y otras áreas para asegurar la transparencia y claridad en los procesos.
- Supervisar que los procesos de Reclutamiento, Selección, Capacitación y Desarrollo se realicen conforme a las políticas establecidas, asegurando el conocimiento y la competitividad de los miembros de la organización.
- Vigilar y asegurar el cumplimiento del plan de comunicación corporativa, optimizando permanentemente para mantener al personal informado y fomentar la cultura organizacional.
- Garantizar el desarrollo del talento mediante promociones internas que cubran las posiciones clave, sustentando así las estructuras organizativas.
- Supervisar la elaboración y monitoreo del presupuesto destinado a salarios y gastos de personal con el fin de controlar los costos operativos y potenciar la competitividad.
- Vigilar el cumplimiento de aspectos legales relacionados con la contratación de empleados, pagos, impuestos y condiciones laborales asi como tambien negociaciones legales que incluyan conciliaciones, desvinculaciones conflictivas y juicios laborales.
- Gestionar la supervisión de la Seguridad e Higiene para asegurar condiciones laborales óptimas.
- Dar seguimiento a asuntos sindicales a través de la prevención para asegurar la continuidad operativa en un entorno laboral saludable.
- Mínimo de 5-7 años en puestos similares.
- Conocimiento en paquetería Office, SAP, plataformas de entrenamiento
- Inglés avanzado.
- Grado Universitario en Psicología Organizacional, Administración, Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Industriales o carreras afines.
- Deseable: Posgrado en Desarrollo Organizacional
