As a Business Development Manager you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying, developing, and securing new clients within the domestic ancd commercial construction sectors. This is a hands-on role for someone who is proactive, target-driven, and excited by the opportunity to make a significant impact.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and other strategic approaches.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry.
- Presenting and pitching our services to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to meet their staffing needs.
- Managing the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Collaborating closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
- Developing and executing strategies to expand our market presence and grow our client portfolio.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the local construction industry.
- Strong B2B sales experience and a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- A strategic mindset and the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
- Self-motivation and a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a must.
