Description
**Job Objective**: To support the creation and management of a sales funnel for infoproducts focused on personal development, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and emotional transcendence. The virtual assistant will be responsible for administrative and operational tasks that facilitate the online sale and promotion of these products.

**Responsibilities**:Sales Funnel Creation and Management**:
Assist in planning and executing the sales funnel for infoproducts.
Monitor and analyze the sales funnel performance, suggesting improvements to optimize conversions.
**Media Management (optional)**:
Manage and schedule content on social media platforms.
Engage with the audience on social media, responding to comments and direct messages.
Create monthly reports on social media performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
**Administrative Support**:
Maintain an up-to-date database of clients and prospects.
Manage correspondence and coordinate virtual meetings.
Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
**Requirements**:
**Education**: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields (preferred).
**Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in digital sales management or infoproducts.
**Technical Skills**:
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., ClickFunnels, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Experience in managing social media platforms and content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
**Soft Skills**:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proactive and results-oriented.
**Additional Requirements**:
Preferably female.
Bilingual (Spanish and English).
