**Bilingual Sales Admin (English and Spanish) - Remote**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant Bilingual Sales Admin to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and sales support, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for our team.
**Responsibilities**:
**Appointment Setting**:
- Research and identify potential leads, ensuring alignment with our target market.-
- Effectively manage and maintain appointment calendars, keeping track of confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.-
**Cold Calling**:
- Confidently conduct outbound calls to generate leads and qualify potential customers.-
- Deliver clear and concise information about our products and services, following established scripts and adhering to best practices.-
- Handle objections professionally and courteously, effectively converting leads into qualified appointments.-
**Administration**:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the sales team, including tasks such as data entry, file management, and calendar management.-
- Create and maintain accurate reports and presentations.- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements: Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably with appointment setting and cold calling experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other relevant tools and software, including Granot and Ring Central. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a strong work ethic.
