**Job Summary**:
As Sales Support Specialist for Maintenance Category, you will be the main driver to support the deployment of projects in a business category perspective, support in developing Market Readiness Plan, secure that promotional and sales materials and pricing strategy are available with a clear value proposition, assure the overall performance of the service product and guarantee that the product is being deployed according to the customer segmentation. Together with the Product Development Team, develop local projects and fully support the development of global projects by participating directly in the process, executing pilots, and identifying new business opportunities to expand the service portfolio. Also, your task will be to receive inquiries from the market and, after in-depth analysis of the customer’s needs to prepare cost calculations and quotations as well as being the point of contact between the Market Operation and Central Organization.
You will be travelling 10-15% of your time to our customer sites.
The position is preferably based in Polanco, Mexico. Tetra Pak is not sponsoring visa or relocation for this position.
**What you will do**:
As Sales Support Specialist you will:
- Support market companies with quotations for respective Packaging & Processing category.
- Prepare annual costs and pricing analysis.
- Prepare and manage quotations.
- Prepare and manage peer reviews, risk reviews, quotation reviews and cost reviews.
- Support customer meetings and portfolio technical questions.
- Present our packaging & processing portfolio features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Prepare and participate in customer meetings.
- Ensure compliance with governance.
- Ensure compliance with the Packaging & Processing process.
- Manage and update the sales tools and global documents.
- Build competency in the entire Packaging & Processing portfolio and subcategories.
- Participate and document required sales and planning meetings.
- Coordinate and plan production and manufacturing schedules in pre-project stages.
- Provide costs and scope for project variations and after-sales as needed.
**We believe you have**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or chemical) or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in sales of technical equipment or maintenance services.
- Fluent English
- Expert Excel
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Very good analytical skills
- Knowledge in Tetra Pak's Equipment’s in Packaging and Processing (Desirable)
- Power Apps knowledge (Desirable)
