Somos una empresa de tecnología en constante crecimiento, buscamos tu talento para nuestra vacante como **Customer Care Professional**, persona con habilidades y experiência dirigiendo equipos para contribuir objetivamente al call center de la organización.

**Requisitos**:
**Escolaridad**: Licenciatura/Ingeniería en administración, comunicación, informática.

**Experiência**: al menos 5 años de experiência y dominio de conocimientos específicamente en:

- Trabajo en call center
- Manejo de KPI's
- Dominio avanzado del inglés (indispensable)
- Conocimiento en deportes (deseable)
- Experiência en google drive, one drive, etc.
- Elaboración de reportes
- Gestión de su equipo de trabajo
- Seguimiento a clientes

**Responsabilidades**:

- Creación e implementación de estrategias que aseguren la calidad del servicio de atención a clientes
- Asegurar el manejo, entrega y cumplimiento de indicadores de productividad
- Recopilar y analizar estadísticas (métricas, tiempos de espera, cantidad de llamadas-correos electrónicos)
- Generación de reportes
- Comunicación efectiva con los clientes
- Resolución de problemas
- Coaching a involucrados o miembros del equipo
- Planificación de recursos
- Detección de necesidades de la operación
- Supervisión de la calidad en respuestas a los clientes
- Creación de scripts
- Atención a clientes externos para seguimiento de nuevos proyectos

**Ofrecemos**:

- Sueldo: $30,000 a $40,000 nominales; de acuerdo a experiência
- Prestaciones superiores a las de la ley: SGMM, seguro de vida, vales de despensa
- Días libres, jueves y viernes santos; además del día de tu cumpleaños
- Horario de L a V de 9am a 6pm

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado

Salario: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 8 horas
