**Estamos solicitando: Customer Care Aduanas**

**¿Cuáles serían tus responsabilidades?**
- Atención al Cliente
- Reportar status en tiempo y forma de los embarques al Cliente
- Gestión de trámites aduanales
- Identificación y solicitud de documentos para la debida operación
- Coordinar y dar seguimiento del proceso de importación / exportación de aduana hasta destino final con Cliente
- Realización de cartas necesarias para despacho, y firma del cliente
- Coordinar que los tiempos del despacho de mercancía con agentes aduanales se cumplan
- Realizar cotizaciones a clientes de forma eficiente

**Formación / Cualificaciones / Certificados / Requisitos**
- Inglés Intermedio - Avanzado (Indispensable)
- Licenciatura en negocios internacionales, comercio exterior, relaciones internacionales o carrera afín.
- 1 año mínimo en Agencia Aduanal o Forwarder.
- Conocimientos en Pedimentos, Restricciones arancelarias y no arancelarias, Ley aduanera, Incoterms
