**We are seeking to recruit an assistant for our SOFOM division, based in the heart of Mexico City.**

**Key Deliverables**
- Working closely with senior executives in terms of travel bookings, meeting documentations and any other general administrative tasks in the office.
- Handling liaision matters with external partners and suppliers.
- Translation of documents - English to Spanish.
- Support with day-to-day operational tasks.

**Essential Requirements**
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a secretary/Assistant/Administrator role.
- Educated to degree level.
- Ideally possess some knowledge of the SOFOM industry or has a background in legal.
- Start-up or scale-up experience.
- **Must have fluent and clear spoken English.**

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $15,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ciudad de México: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
