Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Lograr el presupuesto de ventas mensual/anual. -Informar el resultado en KPI semanal con información detallada, explicación de variaciones y plan de recuperación. - Administrar estratégicamente las cuentas objetivo, los programas y los cronogramas para garantizar que las ventas. - Proporcionar informes semanales y mensuales a la gerencia sobre oportunidades clave, nuevos negocios,negocios en riesgo, tendencias del mercado y datos competitivos. - Hacer recomendaciones sobre nuevos productos, modificaciones de productos/envases o mejoras que podrían aumentar el volumen de ventas y/o la rentabilidad - Brindar información a Marketing en la creación de herramientas de ventas y garantías de marketing relevantes. - Implementar la estrategia de mercado - Impulsar la mejora continua a través de análisis de ganancias/pérdidas para propuestas. Desarrollo de nuevos negocios (80% -90% del tiempo) - Participar activamente en nuevas oportunidades de desarrollo comercial mediante la prospección, llamadas en frío y la generación de nuevos clientes potenciales. - Mantenimiento diario de Hubspot que identifica cuentas clave y oportunidades que apuntan y rastrean el progreso. - Desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio con cuentas objetivo. El requisito es agregar nuevas cuentas y/o nuevos proyectos por mes. - Preparar y presentar presentaciones personalizadas adaptadas a los requisitos de los clientes. Gestión de clientes existentes (10-20 % del tiempo) - Gestionar de cuentas diarias de clientes con el apoyo de APM - Establecer relaciones productivas y profesionales con el personal clave, incluida la alta dirección, el director de planta, el director de productos/programas, compras y marketing, Ventas, Calidad y Logística. - Continuar aumentando la base de cuentas establecida con SKU adicionales. Coordinar la participación del personal de la empresa, incluidos los recursos de soporte, servicio y administración, para cumplir con los objetivos de rendimiento de la cuenta y las expectativas del cliente.

Experiência y requisitos

Disponibilidad para viajar y visitar clientes en zona asignada. Experiência comprobable en trabajo de campo relacionado a la venta de corrugado. Trayectoria comprobada en el logro de las metas establecidas. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación en inglés. Licenciatura Concluida-Trunca / Bachillerato Concluido. Visa.
