¿Cuáles serán tus funciones como representante de Attila?
- Atención directa a los clientes que se presenten en nuestras oficinas buscando un accesorio y/o servicio para su reloj.
- Creación y envío de guías de mensajería conforme sean solicitadas por los retailers y/o clientes finales.
- Seguimiento a depósitos, pagos y anticipos con el área de finanzas para obtener la confirmación correspondiente.
- Elaboración de presupuestos con base en el diagnóstico técnico y envío a cliente final o retailer.
- Seguimiento a las órdenes de reparación, seguimiento a cotizaciones de accesorios, solicitudes de información que se reciben diario por correo electrónico, llamada telefónica y WhatsApp.
- Seguimiento puntual de cada orden, llevando registro con fechas de cada parte del proceso en el que se encuentra.
- Seguimiento puntual y constante al estatus de cada orden de reparación para realizar la dispersión de refacciones, ingresar las piezas a mesa de trabajo, dar aviso correspondiente de piezas finalizadas y envío según se requiera.
- Revisión de cada reloj entregado por el área técnica, asegurando que el nível y calidad de la reparación cumpla con los estándares de las marcas y de la empresa.
- Apoyo al área comercial, proporcionando información que requieran sobre alguna orden de reparación.
- Apoyo en inventarios de refacciones, según sea solicitado por el coordinador del área.
- Excelente disposición para trabajar en equipo con los compañeros del departamento y todas las áreas de la empresa para el logro de los objetivos de la misma.
