The purpose of a Production Coordinator is to provide adequate support to the Final Pack operation through the effective processing and analysis of production information to define improvement actions or problem solutions besides the validation of new products introduction or process modifications ensuring no impact on the area key performance indicators.

**_Responsabilidades: _**
- Los principales desafíos para esta posición son la gestión de las partes interesadas, el desarrollo de personas, el seguimiento del plan de implementación táctica, garantizar la protección de la marca y la confidencialidad de la novedad y la participación con otras plantas para compartir las mejores prácticas.
- Responsable de promover y garantizar la integridad de los empleados a través de herramientas de seguridad implementadas en la organización
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de calidad y seguridad
- Dar soporte al programa de mejora continua
- Control, supervisión, manejo y coordinación de lineas de producción.
- Manejo de indicadores

- Ingeniería concluida.
- Al menos 1 año de experiência en un puesto similar
- Hombres y mujeres (Preferentemente)
- **Habilidades**:Análisis de problemas, comunicación, trabajo en equipo, mejora continua, manejo de personal.
- **Conocimiento**:actividades relacionadas a calidad del producto, conocimientos de seguridad, desarrollo, calidad y manejo de personal.
